Contribute to our growth by acquiring new sites/assets, managing project dispositions, capital raising, and establishing new partnerships. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a vital role in our organization's growth and professionalization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead leasing activities for multiple projects and assets.
  • Identify market opportunities, analyze them, and develop predictable business plans.
  • Negotiate sales, leasing, and acquisitions.
  • Participate actively in the development and design process of projects.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, including investors, governmental bodies, brokers, lawyers, architects, and consultants.
  • Drive new business initiatives and organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, providing reporting and business planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a related role.
