Job Description

Duties and responsibilities

• Lead the development of the company's various strategic needs, possess strategic foresight, formulate color and material design strategies based on departmental strategies, and implement on various projects.
• Cooperate with the design team and manage team members to take charge of the entire process involved in creating forward-looking CMF design solutions.
• Foster collaboration with suppliers, engineering and product teams to create exceptional and innovative products. Managing costs and quality, and clarifying standards to make it a benchmark in the design industry.
• Assume responsibility for establishing a design taste and working culture that harmonizes with our team in Beijing and Shanghai.
• Aim to embody Li Auto's design philosophy in Europe, necessitating outstanding connections within the design community. The incumbent will serve as a lighthouse, guiding and representing our brand to ensure a strong and influential presence in the European design landscape.

Requirements

Education/Experience

• Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial, transportation, clothing, color design and other related fields.
• Above 5 years’ experience in the CMF department of a car / luxury brand, exquisite culture and taste, passion for design, future trends and artistic disciplines.
• Possess a solid theoretical foundation of CMF until production, to be able to lead a design from strategy, through development, to final color buck release.

Knowledge

• Proficiency in using Photoshop and Illustrator. Strategic foresight, color development and planning capabilities.
• Proficient English communication and writing skills, excellent team coordination and communication skills
