AVATR Global Design Center in Munich is seeking a designer-level CMF team member to progress from research through production and showcars. You will contribute to project development and strategy, and produce hands-on outputs.

A minimum of three years’ experience on production car projects is preferred. Join an international AVATR Design Team in Munich, collaborating with Exterior, Interior, Modeling and Engineering to deliver innovative concepts and timely visuals.

Aufgaben

• Generates design concepts for assigned projects and lead those.
• Create new product applications and strategies for the IVO brand on the global basis and within the Chinese market.
• Develops design ideas into virtual/physical ideations and overall theme concepts.
• Collaborates with internal designers and specialists in other departments (Exterior, Interior, Fabrication, Modeling, Engineering, Costs, Marketing).
• Collaborates with external vendors/suppliers.
• Provides solutions to existing tasks.
• Participates in design presentations with a high level of creative input.
• Develops new concepts, product ideas and strategies.
• Market and competitor analysis.
• Applies knowledge of consumer design trends and forecasting.

We are looking for a designer‑level member for our CMF design team. The role will be part of the international AVATR Design Team in Munich, progressing from research and concept through production and showcars. • Up-to-date digital technology (3D CAD software, 2D illustration software) knowledge.
• Material development skills (textile, vinyl, leather, carpet, headliner, interior and exterior color and finishes).
• Ability to perform color tuning and mastering.
• Proven design experience in production and concept vehicles.
• Proficient verbal communication skills.
