Qualifikationen

Job Description:

For our team Cloud Applications, we are looking for a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer at our location in Ulm (m/f/d).

• Define and implement platform services to enable our developers – Be a passionate software developer
• Support and development of complex and innovative shared development utilities
• Create and maintain automation processes
• Implement cloud services – Develop holistic software modules
• Support deployment – Care about continuous integration and deployment processes
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams – Being an enthusiastic agile team member
• Ensure DevOps – You build it, you run it.
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science and at least 5 years’ experience in software development
• At least 3 years’ experience in cloud mechanisms and tooling (Container, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus etc.) and with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt, CLIs)
• Proficiency in cloud and network technology and in working with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with storage technologies and in development of distributed software
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German & English
• High degree of motivation & ability to collaborate in agile teams
