Heidelberg Pharma AG is seeking a (Senior) Clinical Trial Manager to join their Clinical Operations team in Ladenburg. The ideal candidate will lead the execution of global clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety. A strong background in life sciences and extensive clinical research experience is required. The position offers flexible working hours, a mentoring program, and various social benefits.
To strengthen our Clinical Operations team at our Ladenburg site, we are hiring a full-time and permanent(Senior) Clinical Trial Manager at the earliest possible start date.
What awaits you:
You (co) lead the strategic and operational execution of global Phase I-IV clinical trials ensuring quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
You oversee CROs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned, efficient, and cost-effective trial delivery.
You ensure patient safety, data integrity, and continuous inspection readiness, demonstrated by robust documentation and quality oversight, throughout the study lifecycle.
You apply data-driven oversight and decision-making to proactively manage risk and optimize trial performance.
What we look for in you:
You have an advanced degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals) is preferred or you have equivalent work experience which has provided you with extensive knowledge of theories, principles, concepts, and (electronic-) systems within clinical research.
You have at least 5 years professional experience in clinical research in CROs, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry with at least 3 years of expertise in clinical trial management
You have proven experience in all aspects of clinical trial management and proven track record of having successfully led two or more global clinical trials
You are a highly motivated, self-dependent, problem solver and have a proactive personality with the ability to work in a multi-cultural, cross-functional team.
You uphold patient safety, data integrity, and data protection and confidentiality to the highest standard.
You are fluent in business and medical English complete your profile. German language skills would be an advantage.
