Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung in klinischer Forschung.

Jobbeschreibung

To strengthen our Clinical Operations team at the Ladenburg site, we are looking for a full-time and permanent position at the earliest possible start date.

What awaits you:

• You (co) lead the strategic and operational execution of global Phase I-IV clinical trials ensuring quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• You oversee CROs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned, efficient, and cost-effective trial delivery.
• You ensure patient safety, data integrity, and continuous inspection readiness, demonstrated by robust documentation and quality oversight, throughout the study lifecycle.
• You apply data-driven monitoring and decision-making to proactively manage risk and optimize trial performance.

What we look for in you:

• An advanced degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals) is preferred or you have equivalent work experience that provides knowledge of theories, principles and concepts within clinical research.
• You have at least 6 years professional experience in clinical research in CROs, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry with at least 3 years of expertise in clinical trial management
• You have proven experience in all aspects of clinical trial management and proven track record of having successfully led one or more global clinical trials

• You are a highly motivated problem solver and have a proactive personality with the ability to work in a multi-cultural team as well as self-dependent.
• It is self-evident for you to treat information and data confidentially.
• Fluent Business and Medical English complete your profile. German language skills would be an advantage.
