Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced ABA supervisor to oversee a caseload of 20+ patients and to coach Associate and Assistant Supervisors across center, telehealth, and patient homes.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with caregivers, payers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality ABA services.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Psychology, ABA, or related field.
• Board-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Oversee 20+ patients with licensure and payor credentialing.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance preferred.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and manage a caseload of 20+ patients.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Associate and Assistant Supervisors.
• Delegate routine supervisory activities and ensure 75% completion by mid-level staff.
• Review delegated work for data integrity and updates.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate patients for skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors and identify functions.
• Monitor treatment integrity and observe implementation.
• Direct staff in implementing protocols.
• Summarize data to evaluate progress and adjust protocols.
• Update treatment plans monthly.
• Communicate treatment responses to caregivers and payors.
• Coordinate care with other professionals.
• Administer and score standardized assessments.
• Involve caregivers via Caregiver Collaboration meetings.
• Engage with payers for funding meetings including IEPs.
• Stay current on ABA best practices.
• Maintain documentation in Skills and medical records.
• Provide compassionate communication to patients and families.
• Provide direct therapy when required.

• Maintain and manage a caseload of 20 or more patients


• Provide structured supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Associate and Assistant Supervisors


• Delegate routine supervisory activities and ensure completion of approximately 75% of case management tasks by mid-level staff


• Review and monitor delegated work, including program updates, documentation, communication efforts, and data integrity


• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans


• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths


• Analyze challenging behaviors and identify their functions


• Observe treatment implementation and monitor treatment integrity


• Direct or delegate behavior technicians in implementing new or revised treatment protocols


• Summarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment protocols


• Update treatment plans at least once per month based on patient response


• Communicate treatment response to caregivers and payers


• Coordinate care with other professionals


• Administer, complete, and score standardized assessments


• Include caregivers in treatment through consistent Caregiver Collaboration meetings


• Engage with payers for funding meetings, including IEPs and peer reviews


• Stay current on ABA treatment best practices


• Maintain documentation in Skills and patients' medical records


• Provide compassionate communication to patients, families, and colleagues


• Provide direct therapy to patients when required

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field


• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board


• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)


• Ability to oversee 20+ patients, including appropriate state licensure and payor credentialing


• Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance preferred


• Must pass tuberculosis test


• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality


• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a positive, solution-focused attitude


• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and exercise clinical judgment


• Effective verbal and written communication


• Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment


• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook


• Ability to use new computer systems and iPads


• Ability to work in a variety of locations, including center, telehealth, and patient homes


• Ability to work with a variety of patients


• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal


• Ability to work with patients in indoor and outdoor therapeutic settings


• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information to make treatment recommendations


• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. while assisting patients
