Jobtailor is seeking a BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism and related developmental disabilities. The role includes providing clinical supervision to behavior technicians, monitoring progress, and coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams to reach treatment goals.

The candidate will maintain thorough documentation and ensure all services meet ethical and clinical standards, while collaborating with caregivers to optimize outcomes

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
