Cloudflight in Hamburg is seeking a Senior Client Partner focused on Manufacturing & Industrials. You will act as a trusted business partner to enterprise clients, bridging business challenges with technology and digital transformation.

You will build strategic partnerships, drive new business, and coordinate with consulting, engineering and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions across software, cloud, data, AI/ML and embedded software, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Advise & develop: Understand the strategic and operational challenges of manufacturing and industrial organizations, identify business opportunities and translate them into impactful technology solutions
• Build strategic partnerships: Establish trusted relationships with enterprise clients across Manufacturing & Industrials, engage with senior decision-makers and position Cloudflight as a strategic partner for their digital transformation
• Drive new business: Identify and develop new client relationships within the manufacturing and industrial markets, lead commercial negotiations and take ownership of the sales cycle from first conversation to deal closure
• Connect business & technology: Work closely with our consulting, engineering and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions across custom software, cloud, data, AI/ML and embedded software, addressing challenges such as connected products, industrial digitalization, data-driven operations and intelligent automation
• Grow & create value: Develop client relationships, identify opportunities to expand our footprint within manufacturing and industrial organizations and contribute to sustainable revenue growth
• Shape the future: Help build our Client Partner team and strengthen Cloudflight’s position in the Manufacturing & Industrials market by leading complex pursuits collaboratively and connecting client needs with our expertise in strategy, technology, software engineering, cloud, data and AI to deliver measurable business outcomes

What Will Make You Successful in This Role

• Solid experience in enterprise sales, business development, technology consulting or a comparable client-facing role
• Relevant experience in Manufacturing & Industrials, with an understanding of industrial business models, market dynamics and digital transformation challenges
• A consultative mindset and the ability to understand complex business and operational challenges and turn them into actionable technology solutions
• A good understanding of technology and digital transformation, including cloud, software engineering, data and AI, and how these capabilities can create business value for industrial organizations
• Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to build senior-level relationships, develop new business opportunities and close complex deals
• An entrepreneurial attitude, a collaborative mindset and the confidence to navigate ambiguity and change
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
