What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  1. The Senior Networking Client Partner is a subject matter expert and quota-bearing sales persona, responsible for identifying, developing, and closing managed service and outsourcing deals.
  2. Acts as the client's trusted networking managed services advisor, using consulting-led sales skills to engage and close opportunities with decision-makers.
  3. Works directly with clients at various levels and collaborates with internal sales and delivery teams.
  4. Champions the delivery teams' understanding of the client's solution requirements and initiates improvement programs.
  5. Prioritizes establishing strong relationships with clients and transitioning them to a managed services model.
  6. Partners with global organizations to help them convert to new business models.

Required Experience:

  1. Advanced track record of managed services solutions to large enterprise accounts.
  2. Experience selling WAN, SDWAN, SASE, LAN, WLAN.
  3. Managed Services Sales Experience.
  4. Advanced experience structuring large, multi-year profitable contracts.
  5. Advanced ability to build strong relationships with clients, especially the C-suite.
  6. Advanced experience networking with senior internal and external people.
  7. Advanced experience managing the entire sales process and contracting process.

Knowledge and Attributes:

  1. Advanced understanding of the company's services offerings across multiple technology domains.
  2. Good understanding of traditional managed network outsourcing deals and hybrid delivery models.
  3. Strong knowledge of network security principles and products.
  4. Advanced understanding of broader IT infrastructure components.
  5. Conversant with a business outcome-led approach to sales.
  6. Advanced familiarity with document management platforms.
  7. Advanced understanding of financial statements and metrics.
  8. Legal knowledge to discuss contracting with clients.
  9. Advanced client-centricity and problem-solving.
  10. Advanced business acumen and negotiation skills.
  11. Ability to identify and qualify opportunities independently.
  12. Natural team player.
  13. Quick learner of new solutions.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Technical or Sales field.
  2. Desired certifications include Scotworks, Solution Selling/SPIN, AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials Training, and MS Azure Fundamentals Training.
  3. Desired technology certifications include AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials Training, MS Azure Fundamentals Training or latest equivalent are also desirable.
