What you'll be doing

For ambitious and passionate (Senior) Client Manager

who will drive the strategic alignment for NTT’s largest and most engaged clients and help turn their business visions into reality.

You will manage a dedicated client base primarily in telecommunications and be responsible for the continuous expansion of our business.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Expanding existing customer relationships within telecommunications and service providers.
  • Increasing brand awareness of NTT through organizing and managing customer events.
  • Focusing on marketing our core products in network integration, security, unified collaboration, and data center.
  • Identifying digitalization projects.
  • Developing customized solutions with internal teams and presenting concepts to clients.
What you bring
  • A commercial or comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in network solutions, unified communications, data centers, or IT security.
  • Experience in customer support within the telecommunications, media, and technology sectors.
  • Negotiation skills and high reliability in meeting deadlines.
  • Must have: Fluent German and good English skills both spoken and written.
