g2 Recruitment is supporting a major Civils Contractor on a Battery Energy Storage System project near Leipzig. We seek a senior civil engineer to oversee earthworks, ducting and groundwork packages on site.

The role requires setting out with Trimble and proficiency in AUTOCAD, with German and English language skills (German preferred). On-site duties and a 3/1 rotation are expected.

Qualifikationen

We are currently supporting a large contractor working on the full scope of a BESS construction project in the Leipzig region of Germany looking for a senior civil engineer. The client is a major Civils Contractor, working on delivering construction projects across multiple industries across Europe, these include energy projects, infrastructure and data centre packages of work. The client is working on a Civils package for the construction of a large-scale Battery Energy Storage System facility in the northern region of Leipzig. My client are the general contractor on the project, with a significant scope of works involving civils packages, mechanical and electrical scopes. The primary package you will be working on will involve earthworks packages; grounds works and ducting packages of work. You will be coordinating with the Project Director on site and reporting to the site agent.

START: ASAP

LOCATION: Leipzig (Northern Region)

RATES: Hourly Rates, Accommodation provided , 3/1 rotation on offer

DURATION: 18 Month Contract - Good potential to extend

Requirements

• Experience as a senior engineer for earthworks, ducting and groundwork packages.
• Experience with setting out engineering using Trimble.
• German and English is essential with German being the priority, if German is your first language and English is your second then that is desirable
• Experience on large scale Civils packages for BESS projects is desirable, data centre experience is also acceptable
• Proficient in AUTOCAD
