We're seeking a dynamic (Senior) Category Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our evolving commercial brands division at our Hamburg headquarters. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your strategic thinking, market analysis, and persuasive power to drive category growth and enhance our market positioning.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales management, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for commercial brands trends.

Your Mission
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the commercial brands segment.
  • Negotiate with national and international customers.
  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our commercial brands category.
  • Analyze market, product, and price potentials to optimize presentation of assortments, trends, and brands.
  • Collaborate with the business development team on opportunities and market developments.
  • Monitor sales performance and report regularly to management.
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Finance departments to align company interests.
Your Profile
  • Professional experience in international account/sales management, preferably with a B2B customer network in the commercial industry.
  • Strong passion for beauty and sales, with expertise in business development.
  • Desirable: existing industry network.
  • Motivated to work independently and in teams, with enthusiasm and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build business relationships.
  • Degree in management, business administration, or related field.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
