What you´ll do:

• As part of one of our Country Business Development teams you will beTHE growth driverbehind Emma’s success
• You will own one or several of our product categories and develop them creatively by challenging the status quo and revealing and implementing business opportunities
• You will define and execute the rightgrowth strategyfor your categories by crafting and correctly positioning the right product portfolio in the right channels at the right price
• You will conductresearch, analyses, and reportsthrough which you will identify growth potentials, best practices, optimizations, and risks
• You will overseekey operational processes including forecasting, stock management, and webshop optimization to support business stability and scalability
• You will build and utilize a strongnetwork with external and internal stakeholdersto support the growth of the market
• You will take care of any of these markets for business development:Germany, Switzerland, Austria.

Who we´re looking for:

• You have aBachelor's or Master's degreein a relevant subject such as Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, etc.
• You have 2+ (Senior: 4+) years of experience in category management, business development, or e-commerce(scale-up exposure is a plus)
• You have demonstrated that you are aself-starterandresourcefulin reaching ambitious targets
• You are a people person and have the ability toinfluence internal stakeholders
• You areanalytically strongand can draw meaningful insights when looking at data
• You arehypothesis-drivenand able to articulate logical hypotheses in the absence of data
• You are acreative thinker, who can come up with simple, effective out-of-the-box ideas
• You are not afraid ofmoving fast,taking bold decisions, andsetting the directionfor a team
• You arefluent in English and German
