In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Überwachung und Lieferung wichtiger CAPEX-Projekte, arbeiten eng mit dem Management zusammen und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Standards und Prozessen bei. Sie bringen umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Planung, dem Bau und der Qualifizierung von Pharmaanlagen mit und sind in der Lage, mehrere Prioritäten effizient zu managen.

Qualifikationen

• Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Planung, dem Bau und der Qualifizierung von cGMP-Pharmazeutischen Anlagen.
• Erfolgreich mindestens ein großes Greenfield-Projekt abgeschlossen.
• Fließend in Englisch; Deutsch ist von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Überwachung und Lieferung von CAPEX-Projekten am Standort Regensburg.
• Erstellung und Planung von Projektplänen zur Erreichung der Projektziele.
• Gestaltung der Projektorganisation und Entwicklung umfassender Projektpläne.

• Responsible for monitoring and delivery of CAPEX projects for mainly our site in Regensburg
• Helping to improve and further develop project standards, tools and processes
• Creating and scheduling of project plans that will meet the project's objectives through the Engineering, Design, Construction, Commissioning and Qualification phases
• Define scope of work and deliverables together with the relevant project sponsor / E2E Lead to support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Clarifying roles and responsibilities within the project organization and developing full-scale project plans and associated project governance on site
• Establishing the project team, structure and functions necessary to reach the project goals and ensures appropriate coaching/development/performance
• Transparent communication within the project organization and at interfaces and with stakeholders; mediating and hands-on in case of problems
• Reporting regularly, including project progress reports, to ensure that it's on track and identify any potential issuesSupport and optimization of existing systems
  

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related science discipline with relevant experience in CAPEX projects
• Extensive experience in the design, construction, and qualification of medium to large cGMP pharmaceutical facilities, with at least one major Greenfield project successfully completed
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities to oversee scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring quality and safety standards are met and project issues are resolved efficiently
• Experienced in coordinating and managing internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Solid understanding of design principles and standards specific to pharmaceutical facilities, with the ability to assess plant issues and develop effective solutions
• Highly motivated, independent, and driven, with strong decision-making and communication skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
