Qualifikationen

Senior CAPEX Project Manager (w/m/d)

Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring and delivering CAPEX projects, mainly at our Regensburg site
• Help improve and further develop project standards, tools, and processes
• Create and schedule project plans to meet objectives through Engineering, Design, Construction, Commissioning, and Qualification phases
• Define scope of work and deliverables with the project sponsor/E2E Lead to support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Clarify roles and responsibilities within the project organization and develop full-scale project plans and governance on site
• Establish the project team, structure, and functions to reach project goals, including coaching, development, and performance management
• Ensure transparent communication within the project team, interfaces, and stakeholders; mediate and act hands-on in case of problems
• Provide regular project progress reports to ensure the project stays on track and to identify potential issues

Your profile

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related science discipline with relevant experience in CAPEX projects
• Extensive experience in design, construction, and qualification of medium to large cGMP pharmaceutical facilities, with at least one major Greenfield project successfully completed
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring quality and safety standards are met and issues are resolved efficiently
• Experience in coordinating and managing internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Solid understanding of design principles and standards specific to pharmaceutical facilities, with the ability to assess plant issues and develop effective solutions
• Highly motivated, independent, and driven, with strong decision-making and communication skills
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
