Marabu Airlines is seeking experienced Senior Cabin Crew to support Airbus A320neo operations at Frankfurt or Leipzig bases. You will lead the cabin team, ensure safe and high-quality onboard service, and play a key role in flight operations.

Requirements include 1 year of current Senior Cabin Crew on Airbus, a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation, and strong leadership skills. Fluency in English is essential; German knowledge is welcomed and encouraged to improve.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Minimum height 158 cm.
• Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
• Right to live and work in Germany and the EU.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; German knowledge welcome.
• Aeromedical certificate and ability to swim unassisted.
• At least 1 year of current Senior Cabin Crew experience on Airbus aircraft.
• No criminal record.
• Base availability to reach home base within 60 minutes.

Marabu Airlines is looking for experienced Senior Cabin Crew members to support our expanding Airbus A320neo operations at our Frankfurt or Leipzig bases.

As a leisure airline serving the German market, Marabu is committed to safe and reliable operations and high quality onboard service. Our Senior Cabin Crew play a key role in leading the cabin team, supporting smooth flight operations and ensuring every passenger receives a professional and welcoming travel experience.

This opportunity is suited to candidates with previous Senior Cabin Crew experience, a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and recent leadership experience on Airbus aircraft.

We are looking for people who enjoy leading and supporting others, adapt well to change and remain calm and confident in a fast paced environment. From roster changes to onboard emergencies, you will be expected to respond professionally, support your colleagues, make operational decisions when required and help create a positive experience for every passenger.

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Minimum Height: 158 cm
• Education: Completed secondary education
• Certification: Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
• Citizenship: Have the right to live and work in Germany and the EU
• Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English. All levels of German language are welcomed. Willingness to learn German to a higher level over time is encouraged
• Medical Fitness: Valid aeromedical certificate and ability to swim unassisted
• Experience: At least 1 year of current experience as Senior Cabin Crew on Airbus aircraft
• Background Check: No criminal record
• Base availability: Ability to reach the airport of your home base station within 60 minutes at any time

Your Key Tasks

• Leadership & Supervision: Lead and mentor cabin crew members, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence
• Passenger Service: Provide warm and professional hospitality to ensure passenger comfort throughout the flight
• Safety & Security: Conduct safety checks, demonstrate emergency procedures, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations
• In-Flight Sales: Oversee and support onboard sales while promoting products to enhance the passenger experience
• Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with colleagues and flight deck crew to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe cabin operations
