Marabu Airlines is expanding its leisure flight operations in Germany and seeks motivated candidates to begin their aviation careers at our Nuremberg, Leipzig, or Frankfurt bases. Training is provided; no prior cabin crew experience is required.

This permanent role starts with spring 2027 training, and the company emphasizes safety, hospitality, and teamwork. Applicants should be 18+, fluent in German and English, and prepared to meet EASA health and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Passport valid for travel in Germany/EU.
• Right to live and work in Germany and EU.
• Minimum height 158 cm.
• Education: completed secondary education.
• Languages: fluent German and English.
• Medical fitness and ability to swim unassisted.
• Health certificate as per EASA regulations.
• No previous flying experience required.
• No criminal record.

Marabu Airlines is expanding its leisure flight operations in Germany with a modern Airbus A320neo fleet, and we are looking for motivated candidates to start their aviation careers with us at our Leipzig, Nuremberg or Frankfurt bases. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are new to flying or do not currently hold a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation. Previous Cabin Crew experience is not required, as full training will be provided by Marabu. You do not need a valid Cabin Crew Attestation to apply. Training is planned for spring 2027, so please apply only if you are available to start then. Your application should include your CV and cover letter in English. Please note that this is a permanent position. Combining the role with ongoing studies will unfortunately not be possible.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Passport: Valid passport without limitations
• Citizenship: Have the right to live and work in Germany and the EU
• Minimum Height: 158 cm
• Education: Completed secondary education
• Languages: Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Medical Fitness: Medical fitness and ability to swim unassisted
• Health Certificate: Ability to obtain a health certificate according to EASA regulations
• Experience: No previous flying experience required
• Background Check: No criminal record
• Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, empathy, strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Potential Base Availability

Ability to reach the airport of your home base station within 60 minutes at any time

• Collaborative Spirit: Work effectively with different crew members, adapt quickly to changing situations, and contribute to a positive team environment on board
