Job summary

Marabu Airlines is seeking experienced Cabin Crew to join our teams at Frankfurt, Nuremberg, or Leipzig bases. This fixed-base, permanent position requires an EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and living within reachable distance to the base. Commuting contracts are not offered.

You will deliver warm hospitality, perform safety checks, support onboard sales, and work with your crew to ensure safe, efficient cabin operations in a dynamic leisure airline environment.

Qualifications

• English fluency in written and spoken form.
• German language welcomed; willingness to learn.
• EASA Cabin Crew Attestation validation.

As we continue to grow our Airbus A320neo fleet, we are looking for experienced Cabin Crew members to join our teams at our Frankfurt, Nuremberg or Leipzig bases. Marabu Airlines is a dynamic leisure airline serving the German market. Operating a modern Airbus A320neo fleet, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable travel experiences for our passengers.

If you are an experienced Cabin Crew member with a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and are looking for a permanent position with Marabu Airlines, we would love to hear from you. Please note that this is a fixed base position. Commuting contracts and seasonal contracts are not available.

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Minimum Height: 158 cm
• Education: Completed secondary education
• Certification: valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
• Citizenship: Have the right to live and work in Germany and the EU
• Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English. All levels of German language are welcomed. Willingness to learn German to a higher level over time is encouraged
• Medical Fitness: Valid aeromedical certificate and ability to swim unassisted
• Experience: cabin crew experience with valid EASA attestation
• Personal Attributes: This is a role for people who enjoy working with others, adapt well to change, and remain calm and confident in a fast-moving environment. From roster changes to onboard emergencies, you will be expected to respond professionally, support your colleagues, and help create a positive experience for every passenger.
• Background Check: No criminal record
• Ability to reach the airport of your home base station within 60 minutes at any time

• You will carry out safety and security procedures, conduct safety checks, demonstrate emergency equipment, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations
• You will support onboard sales and promote products that enhance the passenger experience
• You will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe cabin operations
