As part of our commitment to ClearCorrect, our Orthodontics brand, we are expanding our R&D department in Berlin and seeking talented professionals to join us.

In this exciting role, you will develop cutting-edge 3D software used for producing clear aligners, forming the core of our orthodontic treatment planning to help our customers achieve confident, beautiful smiles.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled senior developer to lead the refactoring of legacy architecture and address complex technical debt across our system. You will be pivotal in reshaping core components, enhancing maintainability, and modernizing system structure.

Requirements

• Hands-on C++ development experience in complex systems (> 5 years)
• Strong experience in refactoring, codebase cleanup, and architectural evolution
• Ability to drive development and lead architectural initiatives
• Solid understanding of 3D mathematics (vectors, matrices, transformations, etc.)
• Master's degree in a technical domain (Math, Physics, Computer Science, etc.), Ph.D. is a plus
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Flexible, proactive, and creative with team collaboration abilities

Nice to Have

• Exposure to CI/CD and automated testing for C++ projects
• Experience with Qt SDK and GUI libraries
