YOUR MISSION:

• Being able to be responsible for a certain category, but also overseeing other categories
• Be part of improving and/or challenging the internal processes within the Retail Buying Team with the goal to be as efficient as possible
• Building great internal relationships and connections
• In partnership with Planner develop seasonal strategy, reviewing and identifying lessons learnt from financial KPIs; Agree targets for sign off with the Head of Planning & Head of Buying
• Range building for Puma Europe FOC Apparel and non- license accessories
• Use range building blocks of fashion ability, revenue vs equity, color, seasonality and price to build a rounded collection that delivers budgeted sales, exceeds consumer expectations and creates impact on the Retail floor and on PUMA.COM
• Build and maintain a knowledge base of markets across Europe for product area of responsibility; Understand how current trends impact categories from a PUMA point of view.
  
  

YOUR TALENT:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a buying role, ideally within the fashion and/or sports industry
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong commercial mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint
