Practical Information:

Location: Munich, Germany | Reports to: Director Operations | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Germany | Team Size: 7 | Language Requirements: Professional level German and English, written and spoken

As our new Senior Buyer Licenses, you will manage the procurement of essential licenses and services. You will source, negotiate and manage our agreements together with our partners. In addition to this, the right candidate will also be responsible for creating and managing deal registrations.

Your responsibilities:

• Obtaining and managing quotations from partners (manufacturers, distributors)
• Collaborate with our solutions sales team
• Create and overall management of deal registrations
• Manage partner contracts
• 3+ years of professional experience with purchasing software licenses
• Sound knowledge of some of the following vendors would be beneficial: Adobe, VMware, Citrix, Veeam, Oracle, IBM
• Experience with software and working in ERP/CRM systems
• Completed commercial or technical training or comparable studies
