1. develop and execute sourcing strategies with a focus on cost opportunities and long-term value
2. analyze spend data and supplier performance to identify cost-saving initiatives
3. collaborate with engineering, legal, finance and value stream teams to ensure sourcing decisions align with project requirements
4. negotiate contracts and pricing structures that align with business goals and cost targets
5. manage supplier relationships and in-contract supplier management, ensuring performance and resolving commercial issues

YOU...

1. have a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a similar field
2. have experience working as a Senior Buyer in a regulated or complex industry, with strong expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier management
3. are fluent in both German and English, with the ability to negotiate confidently in both languages
4. possess excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering value for the company
5. are results-oriented, passionate about driving change, and capable of solving complex problems with a strong analytical mindset
