To support our department IT in Munich, we are currently offering a position as

Senior Business Solution Analyst HCM Payroll (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You drive process improvements and act as a bridge between HR, Finance, and IT to deliver effective SAP HCM solutions
• Provide full system support for Payroll operations, including monthly payroll runs, financial postings, and statutory reporting
• In addition you analyze business requirements, design and implement SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions, and support SuccessFactors modules
• You ensure compliance with German labor and tax regulations alongside creating and maintaining documentation such as functional specs, process flows, and test cases
• Deliver first and second-level support and training for HR systems as well as lead and manage projects independently, collaborating with global cross-functional teams
• Last but not least you mentor junior analysts and act as a subject matter expert in SAP HCM

Your Profile

• You have a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, or equivalent qualification
• Furthermore you have several years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management (on-premise) and SuccessFactors Employee Central (cloud)
• You have a strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (OM, PA) and German payroll regulations alongside experience with SAP Time Management configuration (schemas, cycles, PCRs)
• Ability to read/debug ABAP code and write functional specifications, SAP certifications in Payroll, Time, and Employee Central are preferred
• Your additional expertise in SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals) is a plus
• Analytical mindset, project management experience, and familiarity with tools like LSMW, Jira, SAP Solution Manager ChaRM, and Cloud ALM
• You are fluent in English and German, with strong communication and customer service skills
