Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Process Manager (BPM) to lead initiatives focused on enabling BPM capabilities, driving carve-out strategies, and managing roll-out concepts for scalable process transformations. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient business transitions, seamless implementation of processes, and empowering stakeholders across the organization to achieve process excellence.

Become a part of our team and develop as well as implement strategies to enable BPM capabilities across teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will establish clear frameworks and methodologies for process management, standardization, as well as continuous improvement.

As a senior business process manager, you will build and lead a BPM Center of Excellence (CoE) to provide training, tools, and support for BPM practitioners. You will promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation in process management across all levels of the organization.

Your responsibilities include leading carve-out initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during business separations, acquisitions, or restructuring and conducting detailed analysis to identify dependencies, risks, and optimization opportunities in carve-out scenarios.

The collaboration with stakeholders to design and implement scalable carve-out solutions with minimal operational disruption and to ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements during carve-out processes is also part of your work.

You will design and execute roll-out strategies for new or optimized business processes across multiple sites or regions and develop comprehensive roll-out plans, including stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and resource allocation.

Independently, you will monitor roll-out progress, gather feedback, and refine strategies to achieve desired outcomes. You will ensure processes are scalable, consistent, and adaptable to diverse operational environments.

Furthermore, you will establish process governance structures to maintain consistency and scalability of implemented processes and define and track KPIs to measure the success of carve-out and roll-out initiatives.

You will utilize process intelligence tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio) to analyze performance and identify improvement opportunities and report progress and insights to senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

To ensure the alignment of BPM initiatives with organizational objectives, you will partner with business units, IT, and leadership teams and work closely with project management teams to guarantee timely delivery of carve-out and roll-out milestones.

Finally, you will facilitate workshops and cross-departmental meetings to understand requirements, address challenges, and develop actionable solutions.

Qualifications

Education: completed university degree (preferably Masters) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or comparable.

Experience and Knowledge: several years in BPM, carve-out management or roll-out strategy roles; proven track record of leading complex BPM projects in dynamic organizational environments; proficiency in BPM tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Signavio,...); familiarity with process intelligence platforms (e.g., Celonis, Process Mining,...) as well as with tools for requirement management and discovery documentation (e.g., JIRA, Confluence); knowledge of ERP systems and their integration into BPM initiatives.

Personality and Working Practice: your strength lies above all in your ability to communicate and collaborate with others, with a focus on stakeholder engagement; you have strong leadership and change management abilities; your exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills help you conquer challenging tasks.
