Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Planning Manager (f/m/d) to join Rolls-Royce in Dahlewitz, near Berlin. This is a full-time position based in a hybrid work environment.

As a Senior Business Planning Manager, you will shape the future of business aviation by improving and executing the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and driving the Sales & Operations Execution (S&O) process. Your role will influence both short-term results and long-term strategies, providing insights into customer demand, operations, and finance, while collaborating across various organizational levels.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead cross-engine prioritization discussions with A&T to agree on engine launch profiles.
• Lead improvement workstreams in the global SIOP improvement project.
• Coordinate the mid-term sales and operations plan with business aviation programs, liaising with program managers, VPs, finance, and planning teams.
• Enhance existing tools for effective business forecasting and provide analyses for strategic decision-making.
• Manage senior stakeholders and develop sound logic for planning decisions.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
