About the role

We are currently looking for a Senior Finance BP to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset and be able to work collaboratively with our finance team to support our business operations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for assigned business units
  • Collaborate closely with functional and operational leaders to support decision-making and cost control
  • Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and pricing. Provide financial insights to optimize revenue, cost efficiency, and profitability
  • Analyze monthly performance, providing profitability analysis and actionable recommendations for projects and products with margin optimization and cost management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage cost budgets. Lead in the preparation of cost forecasts, providing insights into potential cost fluctuations, and handling cost control for projects and products
  • Support business cases for new products, projects, and market expansions
  • Partner with accounting and FP&A teams to maintain compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts or finance partners
Your Profile
  • Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in budgeting/controlling/business analysis or management accounting
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong understanding of cost/budget/quotation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
  • Experience in ERP system implementation is preferred
