Job Description:

You will translate the overall Consulting vision in a strategy for growth, along the three pillars of client-, people-, as well as service development strategy.

1. Actively leverage your own as well as the Dennemeyer network to approach current and potential clients and engage in service discussions.
2. Work with the Consulting leadership team to develop a hiring plan, as well as team development strategy.
3. Develop new service offerings and design commercial models as well as delivery models.

Your profile:

1. 10+ years of experience in IP-related services, management consultancy or project manager / patent engineer in a market-leading company or self-employed (e.g. consultants, patent attorneys).
2. Practical experience in the field of Intellectual Property Management and/or Innovation Management.
3. University degree in business, engineering, physics, chemistry, biotech or similar.
4. Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers in an IP, innovation and technology driven environment.
5. Demonstrated success in acquiring and delivering consulting projects for Corporates and SMEs.
6. Strong leadership, business development, organizational, team management, communication (verbal, written, and presentation), and interpersonal skills.
7. Business-English fluency mandatory, further languages (e.g. German, French, etc.) appreciated.
