Senior Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

Full P&L Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of Profit and Loss management, ensuring the organisation's operations remain sustainable, efficient, and profitable. You will be accountable for financial performance, budgeting, and aligning expenditures with strategic objectives to optimise returns and maintain the company's competitive edge.

Team Leadership and Mentoring:

  • Lead a diverse and multi-functional team by providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Inspire team members to exceed expectations and deliver on ambitious business goals while ensuring professional growth and development within the team.

Sales Strategy Development:
