A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a Senior Business Lead to drive the launch and scaling of a dealer software tool. This role involves strategic oversight, team leadership, and market execution to enhance product value and efficiency for dealerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B SaaS and a strong understanding of the German automotive market, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.
We are looking for a Senior Business Lead (d/f/m) with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to lead the launch and scaling of an advanced dealer software tool at mobile.de.
In this role, you will be responsible for the tool's underlying business strategy, set up the operations teams, ensure smooth cross-functional alignment, and scale the product on the market together with the required underlying operations.

You will report to the Director New Transactions Businesses. This is a hybrid position based in Berlin, Charlottenburg, offering flexibility to work both remotely and in-office.
Your Role & Impact:
As the Senior Business Lead for a key dealer software product from our portfolio, you will have a direct contribution to one of mobile.de's key strategic pillars. You will help mobile.de further strengthen its position in the market and help dealerships further digitise and automate their point-of-sales processes, and ultimately improving their business efficiency.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Business Leadership & Tool Strategy
Lead the launch and scaling of the dealer software tool, taking full ownership from the business strategy to execution.
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, tailored to specific dealer segments.
Define with other key stakeholders the product strategy beyond the current state to evolve the current product towards further areas creating additional value to our dealers.
Cross-functional Team Development
Build and lead a cross-functional team, including operations, tech, product, marketing, and sales, to ensure a smooth and efficient market entry.
Ensure that customer feedback gathered by the operations team or sales is integrated into future product developments, working closely with the product team to optimize the software's scope.
Scaling & Operations Management
Monitor operations performance metrics together with your operations team and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented to ensure stable operations throughout the scaling process.
Support sales with data-based insights for driving the dealers' overall business performance to ensure a dealer loyalty towards the product on a long-term basis.
What You Bring:
A deep understanding of the German automotive market and the needs of car dealerships.
8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management or business management in the car dealership industry with exposure to tool roll-outs and operations
Proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies in the tech or automotive sector and scaling B2B SaaS solutions in the German market.
Strong background in managing cross-functional teams, including tech, product, marketing, and customer service.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and other departments.
Strong operational focus, with the ability to scale processes and teams effectively.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) to collaborate across teams.
