Merchant Solutions Technology

The Merchant Solutions Technology group provides the Corporate Bank with a dedicated team that leverages the rapidly evolving technology industry to deliver new products and innovations, such as our cloud-based card issuing and processing platform. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for end-to-end business analysis of applications for merchant solutions to meet business goals.

Your key responsibilities

• Act as Senior Business Analyst in developing new technology applications in partnership with Business and Operations stakeholders to transform the Corporate Bank.
• Review complex high-level business requirements and translate them into clear and comprehensive User Stories.
• Support client integration and provide support on various implementation queries.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery status and risks, involving Subject Matter Experts in refinement sessions to form requirements.

Your skills and experiences

• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team, owning requirements for initiatives.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, writing User Stories with Acceptance Criteria.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience in Fintech Enablement (PSD2, Open Banking), Card Acquiring, or Payment Processing (SEPA, ACH, international payments).
• Knowledge of ISO 20022, REST API, XML, SQL, JSON, and UML is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
