As we continue to scale, we're actively expanding into web-based advertising , building new departments and capabilities to support affiliate and client needs across all digital channels.

Your role :

As a Senior Business Development Manager – Web Advertising , you will be responsible for building, launching, and scaling Medialift’s new web affiliate program. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on affiliate acquisition and management, with additional responsibility for overseeing advertiser campaigns once they are onboarded by our Business Development Director.

You’ll play a key role in shaping a new department and will be rewarded competitively for your performance with growth opportunities as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities :

Affiliate Management & Growth

• Recruit and activate quality affiliates and publishers with clean and scalable web traffic.
• Manage onboarding, integrations, and relationship-building with new partners.
• Optimize partner performance and ensure campaign compliance.
• Work closely with the Business Development Director to manage clients and advertiser campaigns.
• Serve as the point of contact between affiliates and advertising clients to ensure successful delivery.

Department Ownership

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the web advertising department.
• Identify opportunities for scale, innovation, and team growth over time.
• Report on KPIs and deliver regular insights to management.

Requirements : Experience & Skills

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a performance marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio of reliable affiliates / publishers ready to run offers in various verticals (Sweeps, Loans, Insurance, Nutra, iGaming...).
• Deep understanding of how affiliate traffic operates (e.g., native, push, email, pop, display), even if not directly media buying.

Soft Skills

• Autonomous, self-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to handle both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution.
• Comfortable managing both affiliates (supply side) and advertisers (demand side) with solid support.
• Available to work within GMT+1 or GMT+2 business hours.
