Jobbeschreibung

To support the growth of emerging oligo and peptide CMC development and Manufacturing (CDMO) business, the candidate will work within the European TIDES business development team to pursue new business leads, follow up on critical issues, and aid in resolving customer inquiries.

This position is remote / work from home, ideally based in Germany, the Netherlands, or Denmark.

The role involves hunting and prospecting for oligo and peptide companies in need of CMC Development and Manufacturing solutions, who could benefit from WuXi TIDES CDMO services.

The candidate will obtain conferences and meetings to represent WuXi TIDES services to prospective and existing clients via email, phone, and web conferencing systems. Maintaining knowledge of industry trends, funding, regulatory influence, mergers and acquisitions, licensing of products/technologies, government/private grants, new drug development and approvals, patent grants, and market growth is essential.

Developing a social network of industry-related contacts via LinkedIn and other platforms is required.

All information must be documented in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, including contacts, pre-screened/qualified leads, and new account information.

The candidate must have a proven track record of managing several projects and timelines simultaneously.
