Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for their Dispute Resolution (DR) practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Dispute Resolution team who are ranked band 1 globally!

This is a full-time, permanent role with a very flexible hybrid working policy. This role can be based in any of the following cities: Frankfurt, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Berlin, or Munich.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and run marketing and business development strategies for the firm's DR practice across Central Europe.
• Line management and mentorship of a BD Executive, Senior BD Executive and BD Manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and senior stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead on bid strategies and create compelling pitches.
• Oversee the creation of practice group specific content creation and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the development of relevant directory and award submissions.
• Track and report on business development activities using Salesforce.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Extensive business development experience within a global professional services firm, preferably legal.
• Proven experience of developing effective go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent teamworking and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally with senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in pitching.
• Additional language skills would be of interest - German required.
