Responsibilities
  1. Actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within the German market, targeting new and existing customers.
  2. Develop and execute business and regulatory plans for the German market to meet operational objectives.
  3. Identify opportunities from marketing leads, and communicate with and manage local business partners.
  4. Monitor market information and report to the headquarters in a timely manner.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to establish operational processes for the German market.
  6. Enhance brand awareness of the company and its products in Germany.
  7. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries.
Qualifications / Skills
  1. At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales within molecular pathology or IVD-related markets.
  2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a plus.
  3. Good knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international and multicultural experience preferred.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Strategic and creative thinking with meticulous execution and operational excellence.
  6. Energetic with a strong motivation to find new business opportunities quickly.
  7. Familiarity with the business model of selling imported products in Europe.
  8. Fluent in English; proficiency in spoken and written German is highly desirable.
