We are on the lookout for exceptional individuals with a proven track record in new business sales within the IT services arena. If you have a knack for originating and closing offshore/nearshore IT services engagements, coupled with a deep understanding of Agile and Digital Services, we want to hear from you. Your network and experience in selling to the Automotive industry vertical will be invaluable assets in this role.

As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the autonomy to drive the sales process from acquisition to completion, while also collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. If you're passionate about exceeding targets, fostering meaningful client relationships, and making a lasting impact, we want you on board.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients and projects in the sector.
  • Independently manage the sales process from acquisition to completion.
  • Cultivate and leverage relationships within your network.
  • Prepare compelling bids and lead contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate internal support from cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize cutting-edge marketing tools to secure new opportunities.
  • Actively participate in industry events and forums.

What skills and experience do you need?

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales / Business Development Manager.
  • Track record of success in selling offshore or nearshore IT services.
  • Deep understanding of the Automotive Sector.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-driven with a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Commitment to exceeding goals and expectations.

Additional Skills:

  • Several years of technical sales experience with a solid grasp of IT principles.
  • Systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Effective time management and deadline adherence.

  • Blend of technical acumen and commercial savvy needed for sales success.
