Job summary

Emma Sleep GmbH in Austria is seeking a Senior E-commerce Category Manager to own the sales performance of the Austrian market end to end, shaping strategy and the customer experience across Emma’s online channels.

You will work closely with Global Marketing, Business Excellence, and Operations, and you’ll report to Austria’s Country Manager while driving cross-country initiatives within Emma’s Europe E‑commerce team.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our E-commerceteam. As a E-commerce Category Manager for Austria, you will own the Sales performance of your market from end to end. You’ll define the strategy, drive growth, and shape the customer experience. You will be a key player in our E-Commerce Europe team, contributing to cross-country and cross-functional initiatives, with regular exposure to senior leadership.

You'll report to Austria's Country Manager and work closely with teams across Emma, ranging from Global Marketing, Business Excellence, Category Management to Operations and our other Ecommerce country teams.
