Join Hubject as a Senior Business Development Manager to shape the future of eMobility. You will collect and structure business requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive new market entries, all while working within a dynamic international team committed to sustainable mobility. Hubject Financial Services GmbH was founded in 2024 as a subsidiary of Hubject GmbH. We are a startup consisting of 7 experts covering functions like project, risk and legal management. SO, you will naturally support in various topics as part of a small team, learn a lot and contribute to building a new company.
Your challenge (should you accept it ;) ) is to ramp up our service portfolio and conquer new markets together with a small team of highly-motivated specialists. As a Senior Business Development Manager (all genders), you are a jack of all trades and don’t shy away from any task. You do what must be done to guarantee the success of the company. Your main task however, will be to collect business requirements (from internal stakeholders and customers) and prepare them for our product development to pick them up and turn them into technical requirements. Furthermore, you coordinate and actively manage special projects like product rollouts and market entries.
