Qualifikationen

Your mission

Freaks 4U Gaming is seeking an experienced and strategically minded Senior Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our partnerships within the gaming and esports industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies that align with our company's growth objectives. Your efforts will directly contribute to the enhancement of our service offerings and the strengthening of our market position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the gaming and esports sectors, focusing on building long-term, value-driven partnerships.

  • Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

  • Develop compelling proposals and negotiate contracts that align with company goals and client needs, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with legal standards.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.

  • Represent Freaks 4U Gaming at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance our brand presence and network with potential partners.


Your profile

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the gaming or esports industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships.

  • Strong understanding of the gaming and esports market dynamics.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in both English and in German

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools and business analytics platforms.

  • Established network within the gaming and esports industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
