We provide recruitment services to our top clients. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join one of our clients' teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, including liquidity, crypto, and SaaS solutions, along with proven experience in B2B sales and business development. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving new business, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Promote the company’s products and services by addressing or predicting client needs and objectives.
  • Assist in contract preparation, ensuring legal and company policy adherence.
  • Conduct calls, presentations, and demos via multiple platforms.
  • Provide market knowledge and analysis to clients.
  • Build reports to track sales and engagement.
  • Contact leads, convert to customers, and build long-term relationships.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships to generate new opportunities.
  • Understand the target audience and business flow for liquidity providers.
  • Represent the company at expos and conferences.
  • Use communication and negotiation skills to close deals and resolve issues.

Minimum 5+ years in liquidity tech sales, software sales, SaaS, infrastructure products, or similar.

Deep understanding of financial markets, crypto, spot FX, metals, and CFD liquidity.

Experience in senior roles related to business development or sales in finance.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience in B2B sales and long-term relationship management.

Well-established industry network.

Expo/conference experience is a plus.

Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.

Native English speaker, 28+ preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing or leading business development teams.
  • Knowledge of liquidity providers and market-making processes.
