We provide recruitment services to our top clients and are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join one of our clients' teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, including liquidity, crypto, and SaaS solutions, along with proven experience in B2B sales and business development. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Promote the company’s products and services by addressing or predicting client needs and objectives.
  • Assist in contract preparation, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
  • Conduct calls, presentations, and demos via multiple platforms.
  • Provide market knowledge and analysis to clients.
  • Build reports to track sales and engagement.
  • Convert leads into customers and foster long-term relationships.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships to generate new opportunities.
  • Understand the target audience and business flow for liquidity providers.
  • Represent the company at expos and conferences.
  • Use communication and negotiation skills to close deals and resolve issues.

Minimum requirements include:

  • 5+ years in liquidity tech sales, software sales, SaaS, infrastructure products, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets including crypto, FX, metals, CFD liquidity.
  • Proven senior experience in business development or sales within the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales and managing long-term client relationships.
  • Strong networking skills and industry contacts.
  • Experience in expos/conferences (highly desirable).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Native English speaker, age 28+ preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing or leading business development teams.
  • Knowledge of liquidity providers and market-making processes.
