Role Overview: We are exclusively partnering with a leading 3PL company to seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts in the DACH and Northern Europe regions. This role focuses on expanding our footprint in contract logistics, with a primary emphasis on food cold chain, FMCG, and retail customers. The core responsibility will be onboarding new accounts in the warehousing space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth and develop strategies to onboard new clients in the contract logistics sector

- Focus on expanding services in the food cold chain, FMCG, and retail sectors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.

- Identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.

- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in contract logistics.

- Proven experience in developing and managing new business accounts.

- Fluent in German and English at a professional level.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field. -

Strong understanding of the warehousing and logistics landscape.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
