As a Senior Business Developer , you will :
- Identify and qualify high-potential EMS opportunities within key sectors such as industrial, automotive, and IoT,
- Apply a structured Strategic Account Planning approach : map target organizations, build connections with key decision-makers, and understand their selection criteria,
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline , from initial contact to final contract negotiation,
- Provide critical field insights (market trends, technological shifts, competitor activity) to support internal teams (quotation, marketing, product),
- Represent LACROIX at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences,
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Business Development to align with company-wide strategic goals,
- Onboard and grow new customer accounts that match our predefined qualification criteria (market, plant capability),
Qualifications
The profile we are looking for will have :
- Mandatory and substantial experience in the EMS industry (minimum 5 years),
- Strong track record in B2B business development , ideally in an international context,
- Expertise in selling tailor-made solutions and complex services ,
- Proven ability to manage long and intricate sales cycles while maintaining strategic relationships,
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills,
- Fluent in English; French is a plus,
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365,
- Strategic, resilient, and highly results-driven mindset.
