Key Responsibilities :

Market Research & Analysis :

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends in the IT nearshoring industry.
  • Analyze competitors and industry developments to inform business strategy.

Business Development :

  • Identify and engage prospective clients, presenting our nearshoring solutions and services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.

Qualifications :

Experience :

8 - 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the IT services or nearshoring industry.

Skills :
