Mission

• Consulting on innovative capital market projects at the intersection of business and IT regarding technical, organizational, procedural, and technological questions
• Evaluation, selection, and implementation of new applications for managing and trading capital market products
• Development of architecture, business, or data processing concepts, e.g., for optimizing trading processes, implementing new regulatory requirements, or launching new financial products
• Preparation of studies, business cases, technical concepts, presentations, and proposals; potentially taking technical responsibility for specific segments of the capital market
• Monitoring market trends and deriving learnings for our offerings and projects

Skills

• Successful university degree with a focus on business administration (banking) or IT, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role, e.g., at a bank or consulting firm
• Comprehensive knowledge of capital markets and products, trading, settlement, or risk processes
• Open and clear communication, engagement, and enjoyment working in international and interdisciplinary teams to develop tailored solutions
• Proficiency in German and English
• Willingness to travel for client projects
