Senior Business Consultant (all genders)

We are looking for a full-time Senior Business Consultant (all genders) to join THE MARCOM ENGINE (TME) at our Munich location as soon as possible.

What you can expect :

• Provide strategic advisory services to clients and internal teams with a focus on value creation, driving business results based on data-driven analyses
• Develop and formulate business strategies for various departments that provide a holistic business perspective and translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives and projects
• Conduct deep dives to understand the root causes of business performance issues and support their resolution
• Conduct comprehensive business assessments, gathering requirements, analysing data and options, using business insights to derive recommendations to achieve strategic objectives
• Drive organisational change and digital transformation initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new strategies, processes and technologies to increase efficiency and drive innovation
• Build and maintain close relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their business objectives and ensure alignment and customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Work closely with C-Suite and top management, working in cross-functional teams

What we expect from you :

• Completed Degree studies with a focus on marketing, business administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in business consulting in the digital environment or marketing (or budget optimisation),
• Proven experience in process optimisation / automation / AI
• Professional experience in agency networks or matrix organisations and management of complex programmes
• Fluency in English (essential) and German (desirable)
• Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of digital collaboration tools
• Knowledge of information security and information security awareness
