Job summary

Essity is seeking a seasoned professional to join our BA Consumer Tissue Controlling team in Munich. In this role you will partner with Commercial and Supply Chain Controllers to deliver actionable insights and support key business decisions across global functions.

You will own monthly reporting, forecasts and long-term plans, drive improvements in reporting concepts, and coordinate Controlling activities across Consumer Tissue and Business Units, ensuring data integrity in a dynamic

About The Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our BA Consumer Tissue Controlling team of four, as a successor in a well-established role with broad business exposure and impact.

What You Will Do

• Move beyond reporting and consolidation by partnering closely with Commercial and Supply Chain Controllers to provide actionable insights and support business decisions
• As part of the BA Controlling team, deliver monthly performance reporting, forecasts, budgets and long-term plans for Consumer Tissue
• Take ownership of key BA controlling areas among Strategic & Long-Term Planning, Net Sales & Pricing Analysis, Value Chain & Cost Driver Management, Working Capital, and Overheads Controlling
• Design and deliver new reporting concepts and tools to enable an enhanced End to End controlling approach of the Consumer Tissue Business
• Coordinate controlling activities globally across all functions within Consumer Tissue and across business units (Personal Care, Global functions). Provide exhaustive guidelines and calendars to secure excellent cooperation.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge across all organizational levels
• Passion for driving innovative reporting solutions, continuous improvement, and high-quality financial processes
• Self-motivated team player with strong ownership, able to work independently and ensure data integrity in a dynamic environment
