A leading company in the delivery sector is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Supplier Management Strategy. We are on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst, Supplier Management Strategyto join the Quick Commerce (Dmarts) Commercial team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. You’ll help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.
Support the development of supplier performance analysis and insights to identify and implement cost saving/profit-driving opportunities
Contribute to the definition and refinement of frameworks/levers to optimize the supplier base and improve the commercial terms with our existing suppliers
Collaborate closely with our regional and local teams in implementing these levers in order to leverage the identified cost/profit-driving opportunities
Coordinate and contribute to strategic supplier management projects, working alongside central Supply Chain, Assortment, and Pricing/Promotions teams where needed
Work with central data and product teams to support the creation of scalable tools and solutions that enable better supplier management and process automation
You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience (excluding internships) in retail, e-commerce, or strategy consulting - experience in category or vendor/supplier management is a plus!
You are a self-driven, results-oriented problem solver who delivers quick and efficient solutions with deep sense of ownership
You are highly organized and can manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
You have a strong business understanding and are able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty
You are an advanced Google Suite and MS Office user, especially GSheets / Excel and Google Slides / Powerpoint
You bring great communication and stakeholder management skills and are able to act as consultant to stakeholders across different functions and locations

You have good knowledge of Supplier/Vendor management concepts and techniques (e.g. RFI/RFP process, supply base reviews, supplier segmentation & scoring)

You have previously worked in a start-up or other fast-growing environment and/or have managed cross-functional and/or cross-country stakeholders
You have a solid understanding of SQL, with the ability to write queries and support data-driven analysis
You have experience working cross-functionally with product and tech teams
