Qualifikationen

• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in BI/Datenanalyse in schnell wachsenden Umgebungen.
• Erfahrung im Aufbau von Reporting-Systemen und der Arbeit mit großen Datensätzen.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies, maintain and optimize data platforms for seamless and reliable data flow and support its Data team in their strategies.

In this role, you’ll:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and create actionable game plans
• Build dashboards and deliver insights using SQL, Tableau, Excel/Sheets, and more
• Maintain and optimize data platforms for seamless, reliable data flow
• Address ad-hoc data requests with speed and accuracy
• Provide critical analysis for business operations, working directly with founders

Your Profile

• 5+ years in BI/data analytics, in high-growth environments, ideally scale-ups
• Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; strong SQL skills (Python/R a plus)
• Proven experience building reporting systems and working with large datasets
• Skilled at creating operational dashboards, reports, and delivering insights to C-level executives
• Proactive, impact-driven, and able to translate data into actionable strategies

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
