Job Description:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the relaunch of a modern social intranet that will serve as a central platform for internal communication and collaboration across the entire organization. You'll act as the link between business, IT, and product teams - ensuring that user and business needs are effectively translated into a high-impact digital solution.

Responsibilities
* Capture, document, and manage detailed business and technical requirements in close collaboration with UX, business, and IT stakeholders
* Translate requirements into actionable user stories and maintain the product backlog in Jira
* Support hands-on configuration of the intranet platform (navigation, personalization, roles/permissions setup)
* Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies and proactively align with stakeholders
* Support testing activities, go-live readiness, and training materials development
* Maintain clear and structured documentation in Confluence (requirements, test plans, decision logs, configuration guides)
* Analyze user feedback and incident reports during test and pilot phases, and drive continuous system and process improvements
* Provide 2nd-level support during rollout phases

Requirements
* 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale digital or intranet projects
* Strong expertise in social intranet platforms, CMS tools, and digital workplace environments
* Solid understanding of requirements engineering, agile delivery models, and system configuration
* Proficient in Jira and Confluence for backlog and documentation management
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Self-driven, structured, and capable of managing priorities across multiple workstreams
* Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plus
